Material and social situation of the post-war collective farms. The end of 1944-1950 (on materials of the Karelо-Finnish SSR)

Abstract
On the basis of local archives addresses the rehabilitation and construction of housing in the collective farms, supply of rural population by food and manufactured goods, medical services. Shows the state aid in the restoration of collective farms. Analyzes the difficult financial situation of farmers, attached to the collective farms through the passport system, did not have guaranteed pensions, benefits and privileges enjoyed by other categories of the population. Moreover, the feature of the karelian collective farms was the massive involvement at logging. As a result of the agrarian policy of the State diminished the interest of farmers in agricultural development, intensified their escape from farms.
