30th anniversary of the historical and demographic studies

Abstract. This article analyzes the process of development of the historical and demographic researches in the Komi Republic in the last 30 years. The author shows that the center of this research is the Institute of Language, Literature and History of the Komi Scientific Center, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
