Silk Road to Arctic across indigenous territories

Abstract. New geopolitical conditions, invented by sanctions, influence further development of China’s global projects on transport corridors to Arctic via Scandinavian states. “Arctic Corridor” railway project, based on dominant share of China’s investments, will go from Finnish Rovaniemi through Norwegian Kirkenes across Saami indigenous territories of reindeer herding. Special evaluation of the problem of preservation of traditional land use is an issue for professional studies and media information.
