Abstract. The article describes and compares the annual statistical reports of secondary specialized educational institutions of the Komi ASSR for the 1950s-1980s. This type of source contains a large amount of information that allows you to explore the history of the system of secondary specialized education of the republic as a whole, as well as individual secondary special educational institutions.
